Job overview Our client, a nationwide company based in Northeast Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced and polished Director of Human Resources to come join our winning team The ideal Human Resource applicant will have prior background overseeing a team of at least five. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists with the maintenance and execution of the Company’s new hire system. Assists with Employee Development Strategy and initiatives, including coordinating HR-related training to employees, as directed. Assists with developing and tracking compliance with Company HR policies and procedures. Assignments include communicating any issues to the HR Manager, proposing solutions to HR-related issues and assisting with approved solution implementation. Ensures appropriate reporting of state and federal documentation required.
