Branch Operations Manager - (Corpus Christi, TX)

Position summary Under the direction of the Branch Manager, supervise staff to ensure adherence to the bank’s policies, procedures, and standards. Responsible for oversight of all branch operations. Ensure REG CC holds applied consistently in accordance with regulation Ensure staff follows customer service standards at all times. Provide coaching, feedback, and counseling to employees as necessary. Work with staff to resolve out of balance conditions and improve accuracy as needed. Work with Branch Manager to promote a positive, enthusiastic workplace atmosphere towards excellent Customer Service and staff morale. Provide staff with ongoing training through branch meetings or one-on-one training, Train new employees. Ensure submission of all branch reporting daily Oversee quality control for new accounts and account maintenance including secondary review of data. Open and close branch as needed. Min of three years banking background with at least 2 yrs supervisory background.
