Experienced Maintenance Technician for Community Apartments - (Colorado Springs, CO)

Position details Large property management firm is seeking qualified Maintenance Technician for a 200 unit apartment community in Colorado Springs, CO. We are seeking someone who is customer service- oriented, driven, and professional. Our firm was established in 1995 and currently manages over 3,000 apartment units. Under the general direction of the Property Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will help oversee the effective operations of the community (see below for expected responsibilities).
