Journeyman Electrician - (Monahans, TX)

Position overview Job requirements/ Responsibilities Provide highly-skilled electrical support to oilfield operations, refineries, agricultural businesses and industrial electrical contracting. Work autonomously with little to none supervisory oversight. May act as Lead Electrician overseeing multiple Junior Journeyman Electricians, Apprentice Electricians and Labor employees. Performs other duties as assigned. Extensive Knowledge and the Expertise to: Install transformers, disconnects, starters, field instruments, control panels, motor controls, and motors. Installs conduits and pulls wiring as required to each devise. Troubleshoot and correct electrical devise failures as required. Read and interpret electrical specifications, standards, and blueprints. Expertise to perform electrical/mechanical maintenance and repairs as required. Drive to various locations to perform service repair work. Perform small intricate operations involving terminations, install and calibration of electrical parts and equipment.
