General Maintenance Worker - (Eureka, MO)

Inspects physical plant and equipment regularly. Performs preventative maintenance. Maintains records. Coordinates with other department staff concerning maintenance issues, which could impact availability of rooms or quality of amenities/service. Supports other departments to ensure successful health and sanitation inspections. MIN REQUIREMENTS: At least 18yrs of age. High-school graduate or equivalent schooling required. Previous formal/vocational maintenance training/experience preferred. Certification in any maintenance specialty preferred. Experienced/current knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, etc. Excellent mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
