NOC Helpdesk Engineer - (Arlington, TX)
Position description Summary This position is the 1st line of help for desktop, server and network problems. You will work with escalation staff to assist you as the problems exceed your skillset. The position provides guidance and mentorship to the upcoming engineer that has had previous exposure to server and network and indepth background with desktop support. This position is salaried and full time, verbal and written communications skills are a must as you will be communicating with c-level and end users. Applicant will be responsible for remote technical support and remediation of complex problems. Applicant may also participate in field support escalation and deployment projects. Accountabilities · Assist clients in solving technology problems · Review and diagnostic of system errors and performance issues · Change management/modification of desktop, servers, firewalls, switches, routers and other network equipment.
