Position details Customer Service Support Specialist - Dearborn, MI Our client, an industrial printing company, is looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist to provide support to customers and the sales team, process orders, monitor projects through production process and addresses customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction, facilitate the flow of internal and external communications, such as inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails and coordinates required services Responsibilities of the Customer Service Support Specialist: Confirms project info and expectations from customers and clearly communicates those to production. Maintains and updates status on projects for sales, customers and management. Follows up on any issues requiring action. Coordinates activities to meet deadlines and provide prompt responses. Supports department in other activities areas as needed. Qualifications of the Customer Service Support Specialist: High-school certificate or GED required.
