We hang out with kids and adults with developmental disabilities, going on adventures, teaching social skills, and assisting with various day-to-day personal needs. The top priority of Roost teammates is to create opportunities for our individuals to ELEVATE their quality of life. Teammates get paid to take individuals swimming, rock climbing, hiking, to movies, and more. Other assignments include assisting individuals with personal hygiene needs, implementing behavior management techniques, and teaching individuals to communicate their needs effectively.
