Human Resources Business Partner - (Dallas, TX)

The HR Business Partner is responsible for the implementation of full cycle recruitment for talent at all levels within the organization with an emphasis on Customer Care, Sales & Operations. This position is responsible for delivering quality resources, tracking requisitions, and interacting with executives, hiring managers and applicants. This role is suited to an action-oriented, hands-on business partner who is driven by the search to directly source qualified candidates and take a proactive rather than passive approach to talent. Lead and implement end-to-end recruitment activities. You will source and advertise positions, provide resume screens, and guide applicants through the interview process with the hiring managers. Enhance the Company brand by providing an exceptional applicant experience. Provide real-time visibility into the recruiting pipeline by publishing recruiting status and metrics on a regular basis.
