Production Coordinator - (Atascadero, CA)

Position details Semmes & Co. Builders, Inc., a general contractor on California’s Central Coast, is currently hiring a Production Coordinator. The PC is an integral part of the Project Team on custom residential construction projects, including new construction and remodels. During estimating, mobilization, production, and closeout for every project, the PC has formal communications with clients, architects, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. Included as part of the role are regular updates of construction schedules and budgets. Although the PC may spend some time on the job site, this position is primarily office-based. The PC is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the Project Team’s work, and daily work requires the completion of all administrative tasks related to the role, as well as complex analysis, decision making, and team support.
