Veterinary Technician - (Rock Hill, SC)

Job details Central Carolinas Animal Hospital, LLC. Rapidly growing small animal hospital in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Responsibilities: · Will assist in opening and closing hospital, cleaning duties, maintaining hospital equipment and cleanliness of facility · Should be willing to be cross trained fully in reception duties such as scheduling, answering phones, and client communication · Possesses the expertise to calculate drugs, anesthetize, intubate, monitor, place an IV catheter, venipuncture, administer injections and recover patients · Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs alone Requirements: · Veterinary Technician (min two years) · Shows proficiency in all radiological and clinical lab diagnostics INCLUDING urinalysis, parasitology and hematology · Knowledgeable in restraint, medications, diseases, client education, medical, surgical and dental procedures · We are looking for someone who is confident, learns quickly
