Support Worker Care Worker - (Rockville, MD)

Job summary Jubilee Association of Maryland provides support services to people who have intellectual and other developmental disabilities, helping them live in community settings and pursue their goals and dreams. We are looking for a direct support professional to reside with and support 1 gentleman (we will call him Drew, but that’s not his real name) in Rockville, Maryland. Description: Reside in the home/apartment and work with a small team of staff to provide support to Drew. (The other staff do not live at the apartment.) Assist with Drew's hobbies and activities. Support Drew with activities of daily living (medications, meal preparation, transportation, hygiene. Some maintenance of the home; i.e. cook meals, shopping, and light cleaning Assist Drew to achieve his IP goals and pursue his personal dreams. Drive Drew to his day program. Communicate with Drew's family and other teammates. Complete and submit supporting documentation.
