Job overview Sterling Personnel is recruiting for a Property Manager for our client in Corpus Christi, TX. This position ensures that the interests of the company, as well as its guests and homeowners, are upheld to the highest customer service standards. Duties include, but are not limited to: Provide details regarding services and rental availability to current and prospective customers and clients over the phone, via email and in person Ensure units are cleaned and maintained according to workplace standards Perform all levels of customer service with property owners, guests and vendors including check-ins, check-outs and helping people with problems Running credit card fees or collecting checks and updating resident files Proactively enter info into the software program used when setting up new properties
