Job Description Job details Window Nation is searching for an Installation Auditor to serves as the liaison between our customers and vendors by visiting installations as they occur to ensure the top levels of Window Nation satisfaction for every homeowner. Your expertise to give more than the standard service will result in firsthand feedback from the customer on their overall Window Nation background. Primary Job Functions Understand the Window Nation installation practices and guidelines , and provide job site assessments to ensure accuracy Complete job assessment documentation and relay the quality of the work performed Interact at the job site and obtain details regarding the status of the installation Interaction with homeowners to assess level of satisfaction and identify concerns Advise installation teams on corrections and resolution
