Position details Our company is currently seeking a bookkeeper to join our team You will be responsible for bookkeeping and accounting for many different clients and industries. Responsibilities: Data entry Bank reconciliations Adjusting financials to agree with client source documents and reclassifying for coding errors Creating via Ms excel depreciation schedules Creating via Microsoft excel compilation reports Preparing sales tax reports and personal property tax renditions Preparing some quarterly and annual payroll reports and annual W-2s and form 1099s for many clients Training clients to use Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks on-line Delegating and managing entry level work to bookkeeping assistants. Requirements Previous background at CPA firms Min background as a bookkeeping/accountant 3yrs Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks; on-line and desktop. Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Expertise to prioritize and multitask Deadline and detailed-oriented Strong management expertise
