Job overview RingLeader is seeking a Controller / Chief Financial Officer to lead our company into a new phase RingLeader is a leading provider of business communications services (voice over Internet / voice over LTE) to customers throughout North America and is headquartered in Fredericksburg, VA. You will help develop and execute the company's strategy and direction. We are in search of a self-directed and experienced Controller to oversee all financial, accounting and human resources activities. The successful applicant will be responsible for budget management, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting. Key areas within the human resources department will also be managed by the Controller, including policy and procedure compliance and ongoing maintenance of HR practices.
