Requirements of the Corizon Health Licensed Mental Health Professional Licensed in state of employment as either a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Provisionally licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) is required. At least two years of background in providing social work services in an inpatient psychiatric facility.
