Position summary PMR Companies, a premier Multi -Family Property Management Company, is seeking an experienced Painter to work at 2 Multi family Apartment Communities in Indianapolis, IN. $500 Sign on Bonus - $250 paid at 90 days and $250 paid at six months. Position is primarily responsible for evaluating, preparing and performing interior and exterior painting. Position may also be responsible for sheet rock repairs. 2-3yrs of experience in painting and drywall is required. $500 Sign on Bonus (to be paid in two increments and subject to management discretion) Chosen applicants must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, experience investigation and drug screen. High-school certificate (or equivalent) and Valid Driver’s License is required. Generous benefits Package offered.
