Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - (Greenwood, SC)

Position description Neighbors United Federal Credit Union (NUFCU), a $50 million federally chartered, not-for-profit financial cooperative, headquartered in Greenwood, South Carolina, is seeking an experienced financial professional with honesty, respect, and integrity to replace their retiring Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO position reports directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for planning and directing all activities in accordance with the credit union's policies, as established by the Board of Directors. The perfect candidate will be member focused and service oriented, possessing a dynamic skillset consisting of strategic leadership, change management, and effective communication. The applicant will also have a thorough knowledge of credit union and financial industry regulations, and must be able to work collaboratively with the Board of Directors in refining the strategic direction of the credit union.
