Job details 1. Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a professional, service- oriented manner. 2. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Margaritaville Resort – Biloxi Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel. 3. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, outlined by Margaritaville Resort’s grooming policy, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag while working. 4. Comply at all times with Margaritaville Resort standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. 5. Gain knowledge of all hotel facilities to answer questions from guest and members 6. Actively participate in daily briefing, daily warm up and department meetings. 7. Be in compliance with all MSDS specifications 8. Maintain all tools and equipment to high standards. 9. Be discreet when in guest areas. 10. Must be able to perform duties of Room Attendant and Turndown Attendant. 11. Check daily assignment / daily duties.
