Valet Attendant - (Biloxi, MS)

Position details As a Valet Attendant your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Constant execution of Margaritaville Resort - Biloxi standards and policies. • Ensure excellent relations. • Maintains integrity of Valet Operations. • Inspects all incoming vehicles to be parked per company policy. • Receives /returns vehicles from/to guest and processes retrieval slip(s) according to company policy. • Ensures the proper completion of all departmental paperwork necessary for Valet Operations. • Transport guest as needed to and from the property in a safe and courteous manner. • Operate all motor vehicles in a safe manner while following all traffic laws. • Maintains a friendly relationship and provides extraordinary guest services, positive effects interactions with customers and teammates and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the expertise to work harmoniously with all coworkers.
