Position summary Promise Skilled Nursing Facility of WICHITA FALLS: The dishwasher position is accountable for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, trays, utensils, pots and pans, and other related equipment and work areas. Operates dish-machine and is accountable for reading and recording dish-machine temperatures. Properly handles and utilizes cleaning materials according to MSDS procedures. Assists with tray-line following established procedures and assists with catered events. Maintains HACCP sanitation standards and demonstrates correct food handling and sanitation procedures are followed in accordance with health regulations. Participates in departmental quality improvement programs. Performs other duties as assigned.
