This includes ensuring that all meals are prepared and presented in accordance with the recipes and standard operating systems. The KM (sous chef) also oversees the development and performance of cooks. In addition, they are responsible for optimizing profits by utilizing company systems. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure Quality, Service & Cleanliness Work side by side the owner for 3-six months ensuring performance goals are met Create a work environment where employees are as satisfied as the guests Maintains a harmonious working atmosphere that will maximize team player morale, tenure, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of exterior
