Entry Level Recruiter/Office Administrator - (Lowell, MA)
Job overview The Sales office's growth is dependent on the administrative support and recruitment effort. The recruiter/admin's primary goal and focus is filling the orientation class with new Independent Contractor's on an ongoing, weekly basis. The responsibilities of this position will be to work with their Regional Distributor to help implement the individual office recruiting strategy including setting appointments, Conduct interviews: daily, onboard new independent contractors, prepare paperwork; consent forms etc. Complete and distribute reports: daily and weekly, Ensure a neat and tidy workplace atmosphere, Update corporate literature throughout the office information boards, and basic faxing, scanning, emailing and supply ordering.
