Sr. Java Developer - (Glen Mills, PA)

Position overview The Senior Software Developer is responsible for performing various structured design and programming activities to support business processing and details qualifications, and for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all assigned programming tasks. The Senior Software Developer ensures that all projects are completed in accordance with the Company’s development standards, including the Software engineering Life-cycle (SDLC) and with consideration given to performance, scalability, and easy on-going maintenance. The Senior Software Developer communicates with the Programming Manager or Development Manager regarding coding status and technical issues within open development initiatives. Required functions: Lead the design and coding of applications in a corporate enterprise environment, in a structured manner, following the Company’s SDLC. Write technical specifications create class diagrams, flow charts and sequence diagrams for projects.
