Production Manager - (Muskegon, MI)

Job overview We are a growing and innovative company seeking a Production Manager in our Muskegon, MI plant. In this role, you will lead the entire production process, drive production and manage the Production team. The position reports to the Plant Manager. Responsibilities: Ensure timely execution of the production schedule within budget. Manage safety, maintenance, quality and sanitation programs for all manufacturing lines. Identify, analyze and resolve issues affecting performance to ensure goals are realized. Lead by example with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) adherence. Develop strategies focused on accident reduction as well as energy and waste minimization. Ensure OHSA, environmental regulatory and corporate standards compliance. Participates in the annual plant budget and strategic longterm planning. Maintains outstanding communication of expectations and goals throughout the plant environment.
