Summary The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the management of a portfolio of communities in a given geographic area. This person is focused on the financial performance of each community, ensuring that it is properly staffed and managed to provide an optimal return to the investors. This person also has specific training and background to oversee multiple managers and provide guidance on operating and financial issues to those managers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Supervises and supports property managers. Develops and monitors annual property budget. Projects cash flow for assigned properties. Conducts property inspections and produces quarterly report.
