Claims Administrator - (High Point, NC)

Job details This position is the heart of our Claims Department. As a claims administrator, you will support and assist every claims adjuster within our department. Some of the duties involve the following: Entering new claims Processing bills Verifying Check Mailing Checks and other documents Scanning mail and distributing to proper claims case manager Taking telephone calls from providers to check bill status Making telephone calls to follow-up with providers to make sure we have all bills on a claim. Printing files for claims case managers Daily phone back up for receptionist lunch Telephone back up when receptionist is out of the office Assisting the accounting department with the daily deposit Obtaining W-9’s from providers and entering data to establish them in the system Company Description iSurity, located in the High Point/ Greensboro area, is a dynamic and growing organization in the insurance industry.
