Job summary Working as a Channel Sales Support Representative is the perfect role to introduce you to the world of sales and sales support. You should be passionate about ensuring that customers have a smooth, positive transition from the point of sale to the activation of their equipment. When you are not fielding inbound calls, you will update reports and complete other tasks as assigned in order to drive sales, retention, and fulfillment.
