Position details Essential Duties and Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance · Manage, achieve and maintain food / health related permits for manufacturing facilities (USDA, FDA, State, County, City) · Prevent, respond (corrective action / preventive action) and follow up to Government (Federal – USDA / FDA / etc., State, County and City) violations · Assure full regulatory compliance by applying knowledge of regulations and client policies to review and make sure faultless compliance of formulas, ingredients, and product processing procedures. · Maintain and keep all material specs up-to-date. This documentation's accuracy and completeness is essential to label creation and critical to regulatory compliance.
