Relationship / Retail Banker - (St Charles, IL)

Job details General Purpose: The Relationship Banker will develop new business relationships through the marketing of an array of bank products including consumer loans and depository products, as well as business depository products. Most important role will be associated with the origination and closing of consumer loans and the origination of new consumer and business depository products. Additionally, while partnering with other key bank personnel, the RB will be required to maintain and grow customer portfolios by strategically marketing the bank’s consumer products and business depository products. Minimal independent judgment required with supervision. Job assignments: Business Development Develop new consumer and business relationships through the marketing of all bank products and services. Strategically market bank and bank products to targeted prospects to build new bank relationships and increase existing client portfolios.
