The Lead Project Architect plays a key role in setting up projects for success through creative focus, innovation, and truly catching the vision of the client and understanding the client’s needs. This position heavily supports the entire Pre-Construction Services team (for example, Estimators, Project Managers, Sales Teammates, etc.) to deliver a variety of commercial & industrial projects. The Lead Project Architect will assist with and collaborate heavily on the pre-construction phase of the project, provide or help develop conceptual design, establish project scope, budget, and be responsible for managing the design process through all construction phases.
