3D Laser Scanner Drafter - (Latham, NY)

We have a full time opportunity for a 3D Laser Scanner Drafter in our Latham, NY office. This position will be responsible for drafting various types of survey maps using AutoCAD and Leica Geosystems HDS Cyclone mapping / modeling software for internal and external clients. Demonstrates knowledge of surveying and laser scanner terminology. Utilize Leica Geosystems HDS Cyclone Mapping/Modeling software to manage point cloud data and transfer data into AutoCAD Civil 3D for mapping purposes. Conform to AutoCAD layering standards as prescribed. Prepare a wide variety of maps, along with plot plans and profiles. Education/License Qualifications Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related skills and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and background. Must hold and maintain a valid NYS driver's license.
