Maintenance Manager - (Hempstead, NY)

Position description The Facility Maintenance Manager is a member of the Facility’s Senior management team, reporting to the Facility Manager. The Maintenance Manager, must have the expertise to work collaboratively with the facility management team, regional support, hourly employees and contractors. The manager must have the expertise to create a culture where Safety is the one Priority. The manager will be responsible for the overall management of facility mechanical, electrical & Instrument/Control activities. This includes long-term planning & scheduling of all maintenance activities on boilers, turbines and associated equipment. The individual will be responsible for providing annual budgeting info and monthly forecasting up-dates.
