Environmental Service Technician - (Rochester, MN)

The Environmental Services Technician assists the Environmental Services Manager with the overall physical plant, environment, maintenance and cleanliness of the internal community building and external community grounds. Our communities function similar to a beautiful hotel or private club and this position ensures immaculate surroundings and exceptional customer service The successful candidate will have: Exceptional customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect. Participate directly in preventive and corrective maintenance on community equipment and assets. Assist with grounds and building maintenance projects. Min of two years of background in building maintenance field, preferably in the hospitality industry or a senior living community.
