Job summary Oak Park Place is hiring for a working housekeeper supervisor This is an exciting opportunity to roll your sleeves and assist with housekeeping while supervising other employees. As a smaller company, we cater to our resident’s needs, and take pride in providing an employee friendly workplace environment. What you’ll be doing: · Plan and prepare employee work schedules · Coordinate with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner · Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards · Confer with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems, and to discuss company policies · Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other areas so that health standards are met · Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal area · Disinfect equipment and supplies · Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies
