Position overview Our client is in need of animal caretakers in Holdenville and surrounding locations. The animal caretaker will be responsible for giving daily care to animals on site, maintaining a safe working atmosphere, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Position duties: Feeding animals Properly cleaning the areas which the swine reside Breeding animals Castrating Processing Administering medication to animals Giving PCN injections Sorting animals Performing euthanasia Following safety protocols Maintaining health qualifications Accurate record keeping of production records Position qualifications: Lift 50 pounds without assistance repeatedly Push/Pull 350-650 lb animal cart with assistance Climb over 3-4ft. panels Bend and stoop repeatedly Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time on concrete Use pressure washer Climb bin ladders safely Lift and 35-50lb animals over a 3-4ft.
