We are accepting applications for a Housekeeping Supervisor able to work: Housekeeping Supervisor Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective, productive and safe housekeeping department while meeting the facility and resident's needs. Supervisor of employees in the Housekeeping Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Assignments include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, scheduling, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Cleans resident's rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Responsible for supervision of Custodian duties. Assumes regular housekeeping duties for absent housekeepers. Works alongside employees to ensure tasks are completed on time; inspecting completed work.
