Patient Ambassador - (Lorain, OH)

* Use an IPAD to enter meal orders and communicate menu choices to patients * Serve patient meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and guidelines recommended by the treating physician * Read each patient's records prior to distributing appropriate meals or snacks * Collect all trash and food remnants from patient rooms * Promote the highest levels of quality and service * Ensure proper food and sanitation standards to comply with federal, state and other regulatory agencies * Maintain and foster positive and positive working relationships * Other duties and responsibilities as necessary * A min of one year of foodservice and/or longterm care background * Min education includes a high-school diploma with expertise to read, write, speak and comprehend in order to communicate with fellow teammates, clients and patients * Expertise to follow and give written and verbal instructions * Basic technical skills including background using an IPAD or tablet * A basic understanding of diet principles
