Position overview People Ready currently has an opening for a Full time internal Customer Service Representative CSR This is an Immediate Opening Our Staffing Specialist will support the branch operations and responds to the needs of customers and temporary workers in a timely manner Our large national workforce and customers use our Mobile app called "Jobstack" to connect people to jobs. We’re an employment agency with over 700 offices and we mostly work with Large National accounts. Our workforce uses our mobile app ( Jobstack ) to select jobs and choose when and if they want to work. Responsibilities: Recruiting, interviewing and selecting applicants who are qualified to place on current job orders. Social Media Friendly. Mobile Application Experience. Acting as liaison with client companies. Evaluating skills required fo r various job qualifications. Filling open orders in an effective and timely manner. Delivering top-notch customer service. Orienting and managing the field employee workforce.
