Human Resource Assistant - (Boynton Beach, FL)

Basic Purpose: The HR professional in this role will demonstrate clear value to the business by being an HR Assistant in support of management and employees, assisting the Operations Director in business operations related duties/responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities: 1.)Talent Acquisition assist in sourcing, screening, interviewing applicants for presentation to management for selection while adhering to regulatory qualifications 2.)Conduct new hire Orientation / Induction to ensure positive employee assimilation 3.)Proactively ensure compliance with legal, statutory and company policies and procedures of HR related processes 4.)Serve both Management and Employees by addressing their concerns in a collaborative manner 5.)Drive continuous improvement in all HR processes, policies and programs 6.)Assist Executive team with defining company culture and proactively implementing appropriate action plans / programs 7.)Analyze HR reporting needs for management to assess program / policy effectiveness
