Environmental, Heath and Safety Manager - (Morgan Hill, CA)

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: The Environmental, Health, & Safety Manager is responsible for work in a broad range of EH&S disciplines. By developing, implementing and maintaining programs, the EH&S Specialist will help create and streamline the systems and procedures necessary to ensure the overall health and safety of employees as well as compliance to all regulatory qualifications. MAJOR DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal health and safety regulations. * Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S policies, plans, and procedures. * Apply ability to the proper maintenance of the workplace environment in accordance with Local, State and Federal regulations. * Responsible for matters related to environmental permitting (air, water, waste), safety, compliance monitoring, reporting, and auditing. * Interface with various regulatory agencies while hosting, documenting, responding to and tracking audits and inspections. * Drive continuous improvement programs.
