USDA Processing Production - (Sioux Falls, SD)

This position is responsible for performing duties related to variety of operational functions by either operating a machine or by handling the product itself during the processing of raw materials into food products. Turning on equipment if operating a machine, turning off a machine while not attended. Responsibilities Measure amount of ingredients and or products to ensure conformance to specifications. Places or positions products or partially made products for further processing, manually. Removes products, machine attachments, and waste material from machine. Signals coworkers to facilitate moving product, during processing. Complete production and spoilage records. Maintain a clean and well-organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training. Acknowledge and comply with all company policies and procedures.
