Shipping Administrator - (Janesville, WI)

Position details Our client in Janesville, WI is currently in need of Shipping Admins on first and second shift. These are full-time opportunity that will go temp-to-hire after 90 days of employment. Shift second Shift: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm, overtime is mandatory and frequent. This includes working weekends and expanding shift hours up to twelve hours. third Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am, overtime is mandatory and frequent. This includes working weekends and expanding shift hours up to twelve hours. Responsibilities and Duties Prepare shipping documentation while working in a warehouse setting. Enter orders and print picking logs for forklift drivers using Warehouse Management Software. Track inventory and assist in scheduling shipments, both domestic and international. Help scan items in and out using RF scanners. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements and Skills Previous background working in a warehouse, either as a shipping clerk or as an order picker.
