Production Supervisor second Shift Elkhart, IN $60-70K Great opportunity for a Production Supervisor second Shift with our manufacturing client in the Elkhart, IN area! This Production Supervisor will report to the Manufacturing Manager while overseeing production activities in accordance with departmental policies, procedures and standards. Required responsibilities: ? Supervise daily activities and personnel engaged in manufacturing of products within their assigned department and shift. ? Implement and Enforce company policies and regulations. ? Lead production employees in Continuous Improvement programs. ? Develop, direct and oversee manufacturing personnel, training them to properly utilize equipment and tools. ? Supervise company policies and practices regarding attendance and performance. ? Engage in safety and training programs. Job Requirements: ? B.S. or A.S. degree preferred. ? 3+ year?s supervisory background in a manufacturing setting. ? Exposure to Lean and Continuous Improvement.
