Job Description Staff members at CMCS are our greatest asset We are currently seeking qualified and eager SNCAS Professional Waiver Service Provider Position details and Responsibilities: The Full-time Special Needs Community Advocacy and Support (SNCAS) Professional Waiver Service Provider (WSP) will hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a min of 2 years related skills, and is responsible for Special Needs Community Advocacy and Support service provision to children and their caregivers enrolled in the Bridges to Health (B2H) Waiver program. Therefore, Full-time SNCAS Professional WSP’s will be responsible for: • Enhancing a child’s expertise to function in their community and as part of a family/caregiver unit by identifying and building on their strengths and encouraging their family/caregivers to do so through promoting self-sufficiency, facilitating opportunities to engage with other children (identifying community programs, recreational activities, etc.)
