Job summary Seeking a fashion savvy individual to manage 1 of our locations on Long Beach Island Assignments include but not limited to: Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Qualifications: Proven successful background as a retail manager Customer management skills Strong management expertise Expertise to work in a fast-paced environment Expertise to stand for eight hours or more and lift up to 50 pounds Min 3 yrs retail store managerial experience B & B South has been serving the Jersey Shore since 1974 Company Description B & B South has 4 Jersey Shore retail stores - Sea Girt, Ship Bottom, Beach Haven and Ocean City.
