2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor - (Lincolnton, NC)

This is a second shift position. The hours for second shift are 3:00 pm - 1:00 am. Summary: Directly supervises and coordinates business activities of all warehouse associates concerned with production support, receipt and storage of goods, and shipment of service parts. Duties and Responsibilities: Train and enforce policies on the care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; use of equipment and other tools; standard operating procedures; adherence to company policies, working safe, and best practices essential to the associates that report to the warehouse. Execute and assist with the planning and layout of the warehouse and other storage areas, effectively taking into account the size, volume, weight, sensitivity, usage and other variables of product when determining best storage location Compile info into reports, that reflect the performance of personnel to aid in the effective evaluation of associates and departmental performance
