Job overview Job Description Bon Chef is looking for a full time accounting person to carry out daily accounts receivable application and credit collection functions with accuracy and efficiency. The goal is to verify and post receipts daily and resolving discrepancies on customer accounts. Also, assist in other accounting functions within the accounting department. Responsibilities · Prepare bank deposit · Enter cash receipts and verify deposit entries · Resolve discrepancies on payment receipts · Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and open balances · Assist in all functions within the accounting department Qualifications · Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude · Collection background a plus · Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening · Able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers · Expertise to communicate clearly and professional, both verbally and in writing · Willingness to assist in all accounting functions where needed · Expertise to multi-task
