Customer Service Account Representative / Collections Specialist - (Sarasota, FL)

Position overview Due to continued growth, we seek an individual experienced in providing excellence in customer service to our business associates. This position involves Business to Business account verification and collections as well as providing excellence in customer service. Continuously review business account payments and questions with company customers and business relations. Provide accurate account details and answer questions regarding overdue accounts and billing. Collect funds on accounts for which business accounts are overdue in payment. Answer questions, provide backup documentation and evaluations; Maintain account records. Provide appropriate documentation to business associates. Initiate calls to manage credit and collections from business associates, contacting current associates who are behind in account payments, to collect on overdue funds related to rents, ancillary fees, taxes, etc. Perform computer input of info provided.
